Attracted to first pheromones

On my first night out with Michael I noticed that upon entering a bar, he would always approach the woman he was most attracted to first pheromones. His social momentum was non-existent, so he was at his most awkward, and yet he tried to talk to the woman who made him the most nervous. Even when he assured me that he was “fine” and “not nervous at all” — even when he approached them with confidence and without hesitation — the woman could still tell that he was completely in his head and projecting an anxious vibe of pheromone users. Naturally, the woman would be much more likely to politely or impolitely ask him to leave. But because he was attracted to her, he was more likely to take it personally, starting a downward spiral of frustration that was impossible to hide. As his disposition soured, it created worse and worse responses from everyone he attempted to talk to your new pheromones. Your first goal when you go out should be to get your social momentum rolling, as I previously discussed. Learn more at and

Instead of looking for with the women I happen to find most attractive, I first pay attention to the people who are out to socialize. This may be a bit difficult if you’re not sure what to look for, but fortunately it’s much easier to notice when you’re not centering your evaluation of others around their looks as Michael did. Let’s be clear, though, a quick glance isn’t enough to read a situation. To learn where a person is at, you must spend a little time holding space while you take her in so you can get a feel for where she’s using pheromone perfumes. While a person’s possible dispositions are as numerous as the stars, I’ve found that they can be broken down into three categories for the purpose of socializing: The first type is “she wants you to talk to her.” A woman might glance or look directly at you, projecting a feeling of openness. Maybe she holds space with you when you make eye contact, returns your small town warmth, and holds space with you for a moment or two — the signal can’t get much stronger than that. Maybe she catches your eyes, looks away nervously like you often do when you’re intimidated by a woman, and then peeks back at you and smiles nervously. The peek-back is adorable and immediately puts a smile on my face — it’s like I caught her checking me out — and I definitely hold space and look her in the eyes while I’m smiling so she can feel my genuine appreciation. Sadly, most guys miss this because they look away when she does. NEVER MISS A PEEK-BACK! That hit something I knew to be true: women would never be attracted to a guy who was afraid of them or put them on some pedestal Disney princess style. I knew this, but I still wasn’t quite sure how to overcome those insecurities. Finally, I got to meet, and actually spend quite a bit of time with Randy. Let’s just say he wasn’t what I was expecting. Ashley wasn’t lying when she said he “wasn’t that hot.” In fact, I’d consider him to be of below average attractiveness, and he even smelled a little bit. I couldn’t believe that Ashley was that crazy about him. Learn more at
